Fig. 4. The results revealed that the levels of reactive oxygen species (A) and glutathione disulfide (GSSG) (B) were elevated in the Huntington’s disease (HD) group compared to the control group. However, following treatment with Apelin-13, there was a significant decrease in the levels of these factors (***P<0.001). Conversely, the amount of glutathione (GSH) (C) decreased in the HD group compared to the HD+Apelin-13 group (***P<0.001).
